View Overdue Trouble Tickets- Provides a list of trouble tickets that fulfil the following criteria: an estimated completion date has been specified, are not in a complete state and the estimated completion date has passed.

View Trouble Tickets by Landlord- A list of all trouble tickets raised against properties owned by the specified landlord instance over the selected date range.

View Trouble Tickets by Property- A list of all trouble tickets raised against the specified property over a selected date range.
- View Verified Trouble Tickets with Quotes - A list of all tickets that are currently in a verified state (raised state for RentPro Solo users) and that have, or are awaiting, quote responses.

View Allocated Trouble Tickets by Supplier- A list of all trouble tickets assigned to a specific supplier over the selected date range.

View Assigned Trouble Tickets by Supplier- A list of all trouble tickets in an assigned state for the specified supplier.

View All Trouble Tickets by State- A list of all trouble tickets.

View Open Trouble Tickets by State- A list of uncompleted trouble tickets grouped by state.

View Completed Trouble Tickets- A list of trouble tickets that were marked as complete during the selected date range.

Maintenance Revenue Report - Available to admin users only. This report lists all revenue generated via maintenance that has been carried out on properties.
