The bank reports area of Solo/Origin allows the letting agency to generate reports relating to all activities.
- From the main menu Reports > Bank.
- Select the report you wish to generate by ticking the check box followed by the Next button
WARNING: Deleting transactions will also delete all associated historic data, ensure this is the action you wish to take!

Lodgement Report- Details cash/cheques received and paid out over the selected date range. Step 1: Select dates required, followed by "next" button. Step 2: Select bank account from drop down list, followed by "next" button. The report will appear and can be viewed/printed.

Property Receipt Report- Details of income received for the specified property instance over the selected date range. Receipts for rents previously received can be generated and printed from this report.Step 1: Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. Step 2: Select the property instance either from the drop down list or by typing the address in the box on the right, then hit return on your key board. The report will appear and can be viewed/printed.

Property Transaction Report- Details of receipts and payments for the specified property instance over the selected date range. Reports can be generated by individual payment method, e.g. cash, cheque, BACS etc. This report can also be used to delete property transactions entered in error. Step 1: Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. Step 2: Select the property instance either from the drop down list or by typing the address in the box on the right, then hit return on your key board. The Payment Medium box will allow you to generate a report by selecting the payment method type from the drop down list. The report will appear and can be viewed/printed. To delete a payment select the tick box beside that transaction and submit.

Landlord Transaction Report- Details of receipts and payments for the specified landlord instance over the selected date range. This report can be used to delete landlord transactions entered in error. Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. All landlord transactions will appear and can be viewed/printed. To delete a landlord payment select the tick box beside that landlord transaction and submit.

Sundry Fee Report- Details of sundry fees applied to all landlord accounts over the selected date range. Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. All sundry fees will appear for all properties. Note that sundry fees cannot be deleted from this report. Such fees can only be deleted from the Fees / Expenses tab of the associated Property.

Rental Credit Report- Details of rental credit applied to all properties. This report can be used to delete rental credits entered in error.Step 1: Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. All rental credits will appear and individual credits can be deleted by ticking the box beside that credit and hitting the submit button.

Supplier Transaction Report- Details of payments made to the specified supplier instance over the selected date range. This report can be used to delete supplier transactions entered in error. Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. The report will appear listing all suppliers for the specified period and can be viewed/printed. Individual transactions can be deleted by selecting the tick box beside that transaction and hitting the submit button.

Tenant Receipt Report- Details of fees paid by all tenants over the selected date range. This report can be used to print individual tenant receipts. Step 1: Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. Step 2: Select the tenant instance from the drop down list or by typing the name in the box on the right and hitting the return key on your keyboard. To print individual receipts click on "print receipt" beside that tenant.

Bank Account Transaction Report- Details of receipts, payments and transfers for the specified bank account instance over the selected date range. This report can be used to delete bank account transactions entered in error. Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. The report will appear and will identify all transactions in and out of your accounts with a description of each transaction where applicable. Individual account transactions can be deleted by selecting the tick box beside that transaction and hitting the submit button.

Bank Account Statement- Details of all transactions associated with the specified bank account instance over the selected date range. This report will detail the bank account balance at the start and end of the report period.Step 1: Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. Step 2: Select the bank account from the drop down list followed by the "next" button. A detailed report will appear and can be viewed/printed.

Bank Account Payments Report- Details of payments made from the specified bank account over the selected date range. Step 1: Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. Step 2: Select bank account from the drop down list followed by the "next" button. A detailed report will appear and can be viewed/printed.
- Bank Account Receipts Report- Details of payments made into the specified bank account over the selected date range. Step 1: Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. Step 2: Select bank account from the drop down list followed by the "next" button. A detailed report will appear and can be viewed/printed.
- Bank Account Reconciliation Report - when a bank account reconciliation is completed certain details such as the account name, start balance, end balance, etc., will be stored and viewable via this report.
- Security Deposit Report- Details of security deposits received and returned from the specified bank account over the selected date range. Step 1: Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. Step 2: Select bank account from the drop down list followed by the "next" button. A detailed report will appear stating the property and payment medium. The report can be viewed/printed.

Management Revenue Report- Details of revenue generated by the letting agency from fees applied over the selected date range. (This report is only available to admin users). The report excludes revenue generated from tenant fees. Step 1: Select dates required, followed by the "next" button. Step 2: Select the property instance from the drop down list or by typing the address in the box on the right, followed by hitting the return key on your keyboard. You can also view all by selecting the "next" button after step 1.
