To send a tenant a text message
- Tenant > List Tenants. Click on the relevant tenant you wish to send an SMS text message to.
- Once the tenant has been selected click on Correspondence > Send Text Message
- A text box will open from which you will be able to see how many credits you have remaining, the mobile number that you are sending the text message to and a text box that will allow you to add a message to the default information of your agency name and contact number. A character counter will keep track of how many characters you have for the text message, which is allowed a maximum of 150 characters.
Once you have completed your message click on Send Text.
