Once you have submitted this request to find out more Tenant Shop will be in touch with you to set up an account.
After your account is set up the Tenant Shop box will look like the following:
To notify Tenant Shop of a tenants details so that they can notify the local council, water supplier and energy provider, select the relevant tenant from List Tenants or use the Search to find.
Once the tenant is selected on the tenant details page click on Submit Details in the Tenant Shop Submissions box (as shown above). A pop up box will open where you can complete the necessary detail. After completing the necessary detail click on Submit Details.
If you need to update the information in regards to the utility providers and meter readings you can do this by simply clicking on the Submit details and update any necessary information, information previously entered will still be there so you do not need to re-enter this.
Note: The tenancy property address and landlord address will only be pulled through for future dated tenancies.
