- From the main menu select Trouble Tickets > List Tickets.
- Filtering by type, address or date order is available at the top of the page
- To select by state, select Type from the drop down box
- To select by property, select Filter By from the drop down list
- To select by date order, select Order By from the drop down box
Trouble tickets can be viewed, emailed, edited or deleted by using the icons on the right.
When viewing a completed trouble ticket each state of the trouble ticket can be viewed along with corresponding dates.
To amend a completed trouble ticket click on the Re-open Ticket button. If additional work is required a new trouble ticket should be raised.
