Once your Fixflo account is linked with your Solo/Origin account any issues raised by your tenants via FixFlo will automatically appear in Solo/Origin and can be viewed by selecting Trouble Tickets > Fixflo Issues via the main menu bar.
Click on the pencil icon beside the relevant job that you want to update
You will then be able to decide if you want to Reject the issue or Convert to Ticket.
When you click on Convert to Ticket you will have the option to select the relevant property from the drop down list if it has not been matched to one of your current properties, and update any of the other information should you need too, then click on Add Ticket which will take you through to assign the ticket to a supplier.
