In the same way that it's possible to configure Solo/Origin to automatically send a supplier / sub-contractor an email when they have been assigned a new trouble ticket, it's now also possible to have Solo/Origin automatically send an SMS / text message.
To set this option simply check the 'Text Tickets?' option within the Supplier Details tab.
Note: To do this you'll need to have first defined a valid mobile number and also checked the 'SMS Consent?' flag.
