The Task function in Origin can be used to set property viewings, inspections, meetings and other tasks which need to be tracked efficiently. They also keep staff informed of upcoming events and tasks, and allows users to maintain relevant notes.
To add a Task click on Tasks > add new task
You can assign tasks to members of staff and provided they have an email address associated with them they can have a reminder set which will email them at the designated time reminding them of the task at hand. They can also receive a text reminder provided they have a mobile number associated with them.
You can also see all outstanding tasks by clicking on outstanding, this will then give you a list of all outstanding tasks to be completed with information on the staff member who was responsible for the task as well as the date, time and actual task details.
It is also possible to see what tasks have been assigned for any particular day as well as by user by selecting the date and user at the top of the page
