- From the main menu, select Tenants > List Tenants.
- From the list of tenants select the tenant you wish to record the call against. This action can be completed in two ways:
- Select the tenant from the drop down list.
- In the text box to the right of the drop down list start typing the tenant 's name. When the tenant 's name appears in the drop down list press the return key on your keyboard or double click on the tenant 's name.
- With the tenant selected click on the edit icon (the pencil image) to the right of the tenant name.
- In the resulting screen select the Correspondence tab.
- Click on the Add Tenant Call button.
- Tick either Outgoing or Incoming.
- Populate the fields as required.
- Selection of "Other" from the drop down lists requires a name to be entered in the additional box to the right.
- The Call Summary box allows you to enter the call details.
- Click the Add Call button.
