The Arthur platform comes in 3 plans:
Full details of each plan, along with a feature comparison table, are available on the Arthur website.
Just be aware that if you upgrade to the Standard or Professional plan, you may lose some features which you enjoy for free in the generous Essential package (see below), e.g. key management and user access permissions.
However, ALL features are available on the Enterprise plan, which is proving to be the most popular choice for migrating customers.
Tilt Essential package
The Arthur team have built out a customised plan for Tilt customers wishing to migrate to Arthur and enjoy similar features to their Tilt platform for the same price as they are paying at the time of migration.
This is a very generously featured offering, and includes virtually all of the features available on your current Tilt product, plus more. For example, Origin customers enjoy mail merge documents which aren't currently on Origin, and Elevate customers can utilise digital signatures and manage guaranteed rents, which are not currently available on Elevate.
Many customers are keen, however, to explore some of the premium features available only on Arthur's own plans, e.g. Xero and live bank feed integration, mail merge documents, workflow automation, task management, and customisable user privileges.
Discounted per-unit pricing
The main difference in pricing between the two platforms is that Tilt has a threshold-based pricing model (e.g. manage up to 100 properties for £89 per month), whereas Arthur charges by the number of active units on (or just before) your invoice date.
The price per unit varies depending on the plan, and Tilt customers will enjoy an Early Adopter discount of 25p per unit off the standard prices below, so act now to book your migration slot, as these prices may not still be available later next year.
- Essential - price per unit calculated from your Tilt subscription at migration time
- Standard - £1 per unit (75p for Tilt customers)
- Professional - £1.25 per unit (£1 for Tilt customers)
- Enterprise - £1.50 per unit (£1.25 for Tilt customers)
