You will need to provide your payment details (completely a direct debit mandate) when you first log into Arthur, and you will receive your first invoice from Arthur on your normal invoice date during that second month.
During the first month, when we coordinate the transfer for your core data (landlords, properties, tenants and tenancies) from Tilt to Arthur, you'll continue to pay your subscription to Tilt as normal.
Once migrated, Tilt will cancel your subscription and issue no further invoices. All billing details will be removed from Tilt's systems as per our normal terms of service. However, your Tilt account will remain active until the end of December 2022 (at no additional charge).
For example, if you sign up during October to have your migration is performed during November, your financials will be up and running on Arthur from 1st December. If you have traditionally been billed by Tilt on 5th of each month, you'll pay your first subscription fee to Arthur on 5th December.
