The Tilt platforms, Origin and Elevate, will be available until the end of December 2022.
By that stage, we aim to have migrated all of our customers to the Arthur platform, and the Tilt service will be retired.
Don't worry, we'll ensure that we have processes in place to get all of your data off our platforms into a format that you can either store locally within your business, e.g. on a cloud storage solution, or for upload against the relevant records in your Arthur account.
Obviously the closer you leave your migration to the end of next year, the less time you'll have to extract your historic data, so act promptly to secure your migration slot, even if it is months away.
All software needs to be maintained, and there are no plans to support any of the components of our products or platform beyond that date.
Can it not be maintained without support?
Some people have asked can the system not be left to run unsupported, with no further updates.
The simple answer is unfortunately "no, we can't".
To run unsupported software would expose the platform, and all of your data, to security threats which are no longer plugged by the software vendors. Not only would we not do that, but this would be completely at odds with our GDPR data protection obligations.
