This is one of the questions we've been asked the most since our acquisition by Arthur back in July 2021, and in some ways we're quite flattered by it.
Many of our customers have been with us for many years, some almost 15 years. You've got used to the Origin and Elevate products (RentPro, if you've been around a while), the exceptional customer service, and the small and personal team.
But, things change, and the Tilt journey is now embarking on another chapter. We've chosen Arthur as much as they've chosen us, to deliver the same level of customer service, with the same ethos, and via their fantastic property management software.
So, ultimately, the answer is yes... you will have to move away from the Tilt platform at some stage before the end of next year, i.e. the end of December 2022.
But... it's all good
As much as we don't like change, this is all good news!
The Arthur platform offers so much more than the Tilt products, Origin and Elevate, ever could hope to, given our small team size and limited resources.
There is a whole suite of enhanced features which our customers have been asking for over the years, and now we're in a position to offer these to you on the Arthur platform, on a range of plans including the generously-featured Essential plan which offers broadly similar features to your current product, AT NO EXTRA COST.
The key part of this jigsaw is the FREE, fully-supported migration of your data from the Tilt platform over to Arthur, coupled with free comprehensive training, to ensure that you hit the ground running on the other side.
