As your migration comprises two stages (core and then financial date), so too should your validation of your migrated data on Arthur focus on these two areas.
You can check the data by either selecting some random records and cross-referencing these against your Tilt account, or just in the course of normal property management. Both will serve as a good opportunity to start finding your way around Arthur with your own real data in place, which will feel more natural than a demo.
If you spot any issues with your core data, please let us know within 5 working days of your core data migration so that we can resolve these with you.
This stage is arguably the most important. Again, either check through your records as you are processing them to ensure the balances match those on Tilt, or work through a selection of these.
We perform extensive validation testing on various accounts during our migration cohorts, but this is not a guarantee that your balances will be error-free.
If you spot any issues with your financial records, statements or balances, please let us know immediately so that we can resolve these with you. With your permission, we will access your account to troubleshoot any issues to determine if they are data migration errors, or simply part of the adjustment and learning process.
In the cohorts we have completed to date, most "issues" are simply due to data being presented in a different manner, and those which have been data migration related have been easily resolved.
