You may have purchased a Xero integration, either as a completely new Xero installation, or to link to your existing Xero account if you have been using that accounts package already.
In this case, you will receive additional links to free Xero-specific training as part of your onboarding.
A member of the Arthur financial team will be in touch with you soon after the migration of your core data, to arrange the first of two setup calls.
During the first call, the Arthur financial export will explain the various processes for recording and reconciling receipts and payments against rent and charges, and will explore your existing Xero account setup, or new Xero account requirements.
The second call about a week later will involve more in-depth setup of your chart of accounts and appropriate analysis codes, to reflect your business setup and bank accounts.
Your Xero integration should be up and running by the 14th of month 2, at which stage your account will be reconciled back to your conversion date of the 1st of that month.
