It is actually a fairly straightforward process, should you wish to do this yourself, although of course you can still chat through any queries you have with the Arthur person during your initial call.
You should continue to manage your financials on Tilt until your conversion date, at which stage all transactions prior to that date (typically the 1st of the next month, i.e. 7-10 days after the migration of your core data) will be wiped to allow the import of accurate opening balances from Tilt.
