Arthur has an automated events engine at its heart. It is designed in such a way as to help cut down on repetitive tasks, emails and general administration. By cutting down on these processes, additional time is able to be spent on more important things – like growing your business.
The system comes with a range of in-built automations, or you can build out your own workflows also using the trigger-event model based on "if this happens, then do this..." logic.
For example:
Late rent alerts - if a rent charge is more than 14 days overdue, send a fully-customisable message to the appropriate tenant(s) and add a note to the activity log.Additional workflows could be set for 21 or 28 days, or whatever value you wish.
Expiring certificates - when a certificate nears its expiry date, e.g. within 30 days, send a customisable email to the property manager.
Approved tenancies - when a tenancy is set to approved, send an email to the tenant(s) inviting them to use the tenant mobile app, and set the unit status to Let.
