This is another of the most frequently asked questions when we discuss the Arthur acquisition of the Tilt products, Origin and Elevate.
In a nutshell, your price will only change if you opt for a higher plan on the Arthur platform.
Otherwise, by default you will move over onto the Essential package which offers very similar functionality to what you currently enjoy on your Tilt product(s), at the same price as you currently pay at the time of migration.
Per-unit pricing
The main difference in pricing between the two platforms is that Tilt has a threshold-based pricing model (e.g. manage up to 100 properties for £89 per month), whereas Arthur charges by the number of active units on (or just before) your invoice date.
The price per unit varies depending on the plan, and Tilt customers will enjoy an Early Adopter discount of 25p per unit off the standard prices below, so act now to book your migration slot, as these prices may not still be available later next year.
- Essential - price per unit calculated from your Tilt subscription at migration time
- Standard - £1 per unit (75p for Tilt customers)
- Professional - £1.25 per unit (£1 for Tilt customers)
- Enterprise - £1.50 per unit (£1.25 for Tilt customers)
Tilt Essential package
The Arthur team have built out a customised plan for Tilt customers moving over to their platform.
Full details are available on this page, but this is a very generously featured offering, and includes virtually all of the features available on your current Tilt product, plus more. For example, Origin customers enjoy mail merge documents which aren't currently on Origin, and Elevate customers can utilise digital signatures and manage guaranteed rents, which are not currently available on Elevate.
If you are using Elevate's sales module, this is currently in development and is expected to become available in Spring 2022.
The full suite of dedicated mobile apps, FREE OF CHARGE.
- Property manager (agent) app
- Property owner (landlord) app
- Tenant app
- Contractor (supplier) app
This is far and away the most commonly requested feature from Tilt customers over the years, and now, here it is!
What's not to like here?! With the free, fully-supported migration and comprehensive free training, a migration to Arthur really is a no-brainer!
Other Arthur plans
The Arthur platform comes in 3 plans:
Full details of each plan are available on the Arthur website.
Just be aware that if you upgrade to the Standard or Professional plan, you may lose some features which you enjoy for free in the generous Essential package, e.g. key management and user access permissions. However, ALL features are available on the Enterprise plan.
We will discuss this with you before you decide what plan to move to.
Add-ons
As has been the case with Tilt, there are various paid add-ons available to enhance and complement your core subscription.
However, as with Tilt, these are clearly laid out and there will be no hidden surprise charges.
You can expect to pay extra for:
- SMS credits (purchased in bundles, as with Tilt)
- Monthly subscription for live bank feeds and Xero integration
- Portal subscriptions, e.g. real-time feeds and BLM uploads (unless on Essential)
- This is not an exclusive list, but will be spelt out in full detail by the Arthur team.
