The migration is a one-time service based on a snapshot of your Tilt data on your migration date, and we're confident that your transition will be fairly seamless and pain-free.
Both the familiar faces at Tilt and the new family in Arthur will be there to help you every step of the way during the full 3-month onboarding journey, so we don't foresee any undue problems, bar the normal learning curve and some expected teething issues as you get to grips with finding your way around the new platform day-to-day.
However, if you really find that you don't like the Arthur system, and we're not able to resolve any issues to your satisfaction, you can continue to use your Tilt product until the end of the December 2022.
BUT, you will be subject to normal terms of service on Tilt, so if you wish to cease your subscription during this period you will lose access to Tilt when you stop paying, and it will be your own responsibility to export your data to take to another provider.
We cannot provide a free migration again at a later date. A subsequent migration would be a paid service.
All this being said, we are confident that once you get up and running with Arthur, you'll join the ranks of the hundreds of very happy Arthur customers and never look back!
