It's not school - we obviously can't insist and enforce that you must attend the training, but it is strongly recommended. All the more so, the more units you manage.
Look on the time spent watching the training as an initial investment into your business, which will pay dividends when you start using your Arthur account in earnest.
Even if you don't sit glued to the screen for every minute, if you can attend these and try to pick up as much as possible, at least you'll be aware of the basics and what help if available so that you can refer back to the videos when required.
The benefits of this comprehensive free training are twofold:
- You will be able to find your way around the basics, and have a decent understanding of the more advanced topics, to be able to be productive much quicker than self-learning.
- You will be less dependent on support post-migration so your transition will be smoother.
In our experience so far, those customers who encounter issues in the early stages are typically those who haven't given the training the attention which has been recommended. Of course, both the Tilt and Arthur teams are there to help you, but post-migration support is not intended as a substitute for training.

If you genuinely cannot attend
Recordings of the webinar training sessions will be provided by email after the sessions have all completed. These sessions are roughly 1 to 1.5 hours in length, so please watch these in your own time, prior to your migration date.
Also, refer to the knowledge base links in the emails you'll have received from your Tilt onboarding manager, and also those resources mentioned in the training material.
Even if you did attend all sessions, please store these for future reference.
